Slips cannot be deleted from the slipcase. 

However, if you are a broker, you can delete a Draft if it has not been shown to underwriters yet. 

Once a draft has been shown or quoted to underwriters or marked as firm order, it cannot be deleted, even if the underwriter declines or you choose to withdraw.
