The following incident reports cover the period Q2 2023:
- WINC00020341 Whitespace Platform - Client browser front end access to some Platform features: 7th-10th April 2023.
Clients were intermittently unable to access functionality and features on the Platform while one of the application servers was accepting but not processing traffic. Performance was reported to be very slow at times. However, other customers were able to work – the transaction logs show risks being edited and shown, and lines being written.
There was a brief period of unscheduled downtime (1 minute 58 seconds ) while SG1 was taken out of service.
