How to write lines on facilities and declarations

When a broker shows you a facility or declaration contract, you can add your stamp to the contract as normal. The Default Declaration Role selected for you by the broker will be displayed on the in the facility overview. Your role on declarations shown to the facility will match your Default Declaration Role unless changed by the broker on a declaration.

 

  1. Select the facility firm order contract
  2. Access the facility overview and view your Default Declaration Role
  3. Go to the Written Lines heading
  4. Add written line to the facility

Once the facility is signed, declarations can be shown to you via the facility. When you go to add a line on the declaration, your line information and references will be copied from the facility. You are able to edit these details on each declaration as you add your stamp.

 

  1. Select the declaration contract from the home screen or via the facility
  2. View your declaration role in the declaration overview
  3. Go to the Written Lines heading
  4. Add written line to the declaration (option to edit line information for the declaration)
