Providing and supporting the Microsoft Azure server and network infrastructure on which the Whitespace Platform runs.

Configuring the Microsoft Azure server environments according to Whitespace’s architecture, monitoring system and database performance and uptime 24/7 and responding as necessary in consultation with Whitespace, providing an elevated interface to Microsoft and Couchbase Support teams, configuring and monitoring the backup process, providing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) services including Intrusion Detection (IDS) and anti-malware services support.
