How do I set the specific MRC heading when the digitiser has not spotted it?

If an item has the label 'customMRCHeading' above it, you can set it to an MRC Heading using the 'Set Heading' tool.
The ‘Show Non-MRC Headings’ filter can also be used to obtain a list of headings labelled incorrectly or not in line with standard MRC headings.
