Can I respond to a subjectivity?

Yes, you can respond to an underwriter's subjectivities.


Once you have accepted a carrier's written line, the option to 'Satisfy Subjectivities' will appear:



  1. Select 'Satisfy Subjectivities'.

  2. Select the subjectivity you wish to respond to.

  3. You have the option to add an attachment to your subjectivity response.

  4. You can respond as many times as you wish up until the carrier accepts your subjectivity response.

  5. You can click to see a history of past responses and their status (e.g. Confirmed, Awaiting Response, Rejected).
