Events notify you of changes made to a slip that need your attention and action.

Events are shown with a red badge. You do not have the option to select 'clear all of your red badges', as they need you to perform an action to clear them.

To view events on Browser:

1. Enter a contract marked with a red badge.

2. Select the 'Events' exclamation mark icon.

3. The sidebar will show 'Active' and 'All' events.

4. 'Active' events require action.

   • Select event to be prompted to action it.

   • Actioned events move from 'Active' to 'All'.

5. 'All' events shows active events and past events that you have actioned.

To view events on iOS

1. Enter a contract marked with a red badge.

2. Enter the document.

3. Select the events exclamation mark icon.

4. Events in bold require action.

You will receive an event if:

• A broker proposes a new written line percentage.

• The lead underwriter edits any of the following four line items:

  • 'Settlement Due Date.'

  • 'Instalment Premium Period of Credit.'

  • 'Allocation of Premium to Coding.'

  • 'Adjustment Premium Period of Credit.' 

• A carrier writes a 'No Cover Given' line.

• A broker receives a subjectivity response.

• A broker rejects a subjectivity.

• A carrier rejects a subjectivity response.

• A subjectivity is about to expire.
